Camp Fernwood is an all-girls residential summer camp located in Poland, Maine for campers ages 7 to 15. Founded in 1921, Camp Fernwood is rooted in the four principles of living simply, enjoying the beauty and wonder of natural surroundings, nurturing tolerance and unselfishness, and developing loving, lifelong friendships.

Camp Fernwood's 6.5 week, single-session program is intentional, allowing for friendships to form, independence and resilience to develop, and girls to fully immerse themselves in the complete camp experience.

Summer Camps at Central Piedmont are the perfect place for your camper to fuel their passion and ignite their summer! Treat your campers to a summer full of fun and learning. Central Piedmont offers a variety of options on several campuses across Mecklenburg County, for students ages 9-18.

At Charlotte Chess Center, chess is where STEM and art meet. At our camps, your child will explore creativity and critical thinking through the game of chess, discovering the nearly infinite possibilities each position presents. Our programs are thoughtfully designed to balance logic, imagination, and structured learning. Children’s Theatre of Charlotte’s Summer Camps offer experiences for students ages 3 to 18 in a fun, interactive environment. Professional Teaching Artists lead campers in acting, singing, and dancing activities. Camps are grouped by age and offered at ImaginOn, with select satellite camps offered at other locations. Rising 4th Grade - recent 12th Grade graduates may also register for SummerStage, our pre-professional teen production experience.

Havilah Dance Company is a family owned dance studio for ages 2 to 19. We offer beginner, intermediate and experience/advance classes. We have many fun and exciting summer camps for all ages and interest.

It all takes place with IDEA Lab Kids Marvin S.T.E.A.M. programs. Area parents and kids can rely on IDEA Lab Kids to help build critical-thinking skills and Build Better Brains.

The Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth offers rigorous, fun, three-week summer day and residential programs at 11 U.S. locations. CTY has 70+ courses in math, science, writing, and the humanities, plus activities like talent shows and dances. Year-round online courses are also enrolling. Join our engaging community of learners!
