We cater to anyone ages 3+ with unlimited training in a variety of martial arts including Jiu-Jitsu, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, MMA, Judo, Wrestling and Self Defense. We also offer full/half day summer camps and an after school program. No contracts, just a fantastic family-friendly atmosphere with unbeatable pricing. No matter your goal, whether you're a beginner or seasoned pro — we have something for everyone! Kids Classes: We have two age groups for kids classes, 3-5 year olds and 6-13 year olds. Our 3-5 year old class is M-Th from 4:15-5:00pm. Our 6-13 year old classes are 4pm and 5pm M-F. Adult Classes: We have class opportunities for adults in the morning, noon and evening. We have a 6:15-7:15am class T-F. A noon class MWF. Evening classes M-F at 6:15pm, 7:15pm and 8:15pm. On Saturdays we have classes at 10am and 11am! After School Program: We provide after school for several Lancaster County and Fort Mill schools. Our program provides transportation and is open until 6pm. Part of our after school program includes regular kids classes each day! Summer Camps: We offer both half day and full day camps. Our half day camps are from 9-12pm. Our full day camps are from 9-4pm. With both of these, the kids get to take a martial arts class each day. For full day camps, the kids also participate in daily field trips and/or enrichment activities. The kids also play a ton of games and get time outdoors when the weather permits.
