No-Fuss Christmas Breakfasts

Recipes Local Moms Love and Trust + To-Go Options

Eating well shouldn't take you away from your family on Christmas morning! We know how much time and energy you have put into making this holiday perfect for your family, and you should get to relax and enjoy it. We've rounded up some of the most treasured EASY breakfasts that local moms are loving right now and hope you'll be able to put them to good use:

The Pioneer Woman's Baked French Toast is a hands-down favorite. To switch it up, though, local moms suggest you swap out the sourdough or french bread for cinnamon chip bread from Great Harvest. The Pioneer Woman loves this recipe because "you can make it on the spot and bake it right away…OR assemble it the night before and let it sit and get even more luscious in the fridge overnight."

Sheet pan pancakes are a new one for me, but if you have a bunch of different preferences, these look like a HUGE time-save. According to the author, Andi Anne, "I love this recipe because I can easily make a batch for a Sunday morning brunch, or pack them into a freezer bag and freeze them for later. If you plan on having your family eat one for weekday breakfasts, then it’s easy to stack them in a container in the fridge for a grab-and-go meal."

Monkeybread is always a favorite in our house. This receipt from Pillsbury is super easy and can be made lickety-split! One suggestion that I've heard with this recipe is to cook the brown sugar down with butter so that it is less granular and makes a more creamy texture. Enjoy!

Breakfast casseroles also seem to be in high demand around here. This hashbrown breakfast casserole got top marks as did this tater tot casserole. If you want something sweeter, this cinnamon roll casserole looks divine and was highly rated by the local moms!
