Easy craft using leftover Easter Eggs

By By Kimberly Vees April 1, 2019

If you are like me after Easter you are stuck with a ton of leftover plastic Easter eggs.  Here is an easy and fun craft to do to use up those leftover eggs!

Supplies you will need:

  • 20 to 30 leftover plastic Easter eggs  (1 whole, 1 large side, the rest use only the smaller side)
  • string (I used embroidery thread)
  • 1 pipe cleaner (red or whatever color your child wants to use)
  • 2 googly eyes

Instructions:

1. On the whole egg (large side) slide pipe cleaner through holes and wind together to make the tongue.

2. On the whole egg (small side) slide string through the holes.

3. Close egg.

4. String the other egg halves together ending with the large halved egg.

5. Tie the string at the end of the snake.

6. Put the eyes on the snake.
