🎶 Ladies, all the ladies - louder now, help me out......
Yes, ladies, I'm talking to you. I'm saluting you: moms, aunts, grands, sisters, wives, daughters, friends - I see you! I see you working hard, loving hard, playing hard and - through it all - remaining soft, kind and generous.
This week we celebrate International Women's Day. According to the IWD website, "International Women's Day (March 8) is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating gender parity." So today, this week, this month, this year - what will you do to make this world a more equal and better place for your sisters, daughters, aunts, moms and friends?
One woman we are celebrating is Parkwood High School junior, Logan Nichols as she raises money for the Leukemia Lymphoma Society's Student of the Year Program. We are also celebrating all the women-owned-businesses who are offering camps for our kiddos. Check out the camp guide NOW!
